Intermediate Onsite Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Onsite Financial Analyst needed for a 6‑month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, California.

Pay Rate: $100–$110 per hour.

• Financial Planning & Analysis – Perform spend analytics, predictive financial modeling, and interpret results for executive presentation.
• Variance & Consolidation – Analyze variances, manage consolidations across multiple entities, ensure GAAP compliance, and streamline close processes.
• Process & System Improvements – Use SAP, BPC, Anaplan, and other ERP systems to optimize financial processes, lead initiatives to enhance reporting tools, and implement automation opportunities.
• Project Management – Drive finance‑related projects from concept to completion, develop project plans, manage timelines, and communicate progress.
• Data Analytics & Architecture – Design robust data structures, utilize BI tools (Databricks, Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Bachelor's Degree (Master’s, CPA, CFA preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience in reputable firms.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis proficiency

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and planning tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools
  ; SQL or data architecture experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement and system enhancement projects

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
