Job Summary
Onsite Financial Analyst needed for a 6‑month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, California.
Pay Rate: $100–$110 per hour.

- Financial Planning & Analysis – Perform spend analytics, predictive financial modeling, and interpret results for executive presentation.
- Variance & Consolidation – Analyze variances, manage consolidations across multiple entities, ensure GAAP compliance, and streamline close processes.
- Process & System Improvements – Use SAP, BPC, Anaplan, and other ERP systems to optimize financial processes, lead initiatives to enhance reporting tools, and implement automation opportunities.
- Project Management – Drive finance‑related projects from concept to completion, develop project plans, manage timelines, and communicate progress.
- Data Analytics & Architecture – Design robust data structures, utilize BI tools (Databricks, Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Bachelor's Degree (Master’s, CPA, CFA preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience in reputable firms.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
, with excellent presentation abilities. - Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis proficiency
. - Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and planning tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools
; SQL or data architecture experience is a plus. - Proven track record of leading process improvement and system enhancement projects
