Compliance Officer

We are an agile and development minded company that is actively investing in latest technologies to improve and expand our existing Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings for our clients. We are looking to ramp up our Client PCI and GDPR compliant Enterprise payments platform, which serves thousands of businesses including Client, Symantec, and McAfee as well as large utilities companies in India serving 25+ million people with recurring bi-monthly payments.

We're searching for an individual to oversee all compliance related activities for regulated entity/line of business including acting as BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Officer. Responsibilities include tracking, reviewing and communicating pending and passed regulations, agency guidelines or directives to impacted lines of business and assisting in setting priorities for regulatory issues that must be addressed by the business.

Objectives

of this Role
  • BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Officer duties include responsibility for CIP/CDD verification and research/follow up; SAR filings; suspicious activity monitoring; and BSA/AML/OFAC training
  • Responsibility for sanctions compliance and monitoring the OFAC process and related reporting/follow-up
  • Monitors and communicates regulatory changes that impact Swirepay products, services and business activities
  • Oversee development and implementation of compliance program policies and standards as well as addressing other required regulatory policies
  • Performs periodic reviews and evaluations of Swirepay products, services and business activities to validate compliance with applicable laws and regulations or detect regulatory violations, weak controls or other potential areas of exposure.
  • Responds to issues and matters pertaining to regulatory compliance of Swirepay products, services and business activities.
