Recognized as an expert within the company, the Senior Analyst anticipates business challenges, recommends process and product improvements, solves complex problems, and contributes to functional strategy. The role leads project teams to achieve milestones and serves as a key finance business partner, influencing decisions across the organization.

• Prepare annual operating plan, long‑term strategic plan, quarterly forecasts, and end‑of‑quarter financial reporting for revenue, gross margin, investment portfolio, OPEX spending, and balance sheet.
• Collaborate with Business Management, Manufacturing and Operations to execute the BU strategic plan and influence outcomes.
• Provide financial and business insights on deal analysis; influence decision making to support profitable growth.
• Support group objectives tied to performance metrics, continuous improvement projects, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, develop implementation plans, and communicate change management to stakeholders.
• Develop complex models for strategic plans, business sizing, and performance management.
• Prepare detailed analysis and decision support for finance and non‑finance executives.
• Assist the CFO with ad‑hoc data analysis requests, including product/program valuations, spending analysis, and ERP conversion support.
• Participate in quarterly updates of R&D program business case NPV models.
• Drive quarterly cadence on NPI projects, portfolio review, and progress tracking against program objectives.
• Track and report NPI cost‑reduction roadmap progress against targets.
• Advise on financial decisions in the Product Review of S&OP.
• Partner with finance to implement best practices for financial tools, processes, and analytical tools.
• Create ICAPS BU OPEX virtual reporting in Tableau with Business Partners/GIS/PRM teams.
• Conduct FP&A consolidation activities for forecasts, strategy, and quarter‑end reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Experience with corporate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and presentation tools.
