Job Overview

Assist investment directors throughout the investment process to support the LG Group’s growth strategy and portfolio management.

• Assist investment directors from sourcing deals to screening, due diligence, and writing memos for the investment committee.
• Synchronize investment strategy by regularly communicating with the Business Development team.
• Develop investment theses based on financial and strategic analysis.
• Actively network with top‑tier venture capitalists and corporate venture capital partners to source premium deals.
• Participate in due diligence activities.
• Work with external counsel on legal due diligence and documentation.
• Assist in the post‑investment management of portfolio companies.
• Project a positive image of the LG Group and foster synergistic relationships between the Group and the local venture ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical, Material Science, or Computer Science.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of substantive work experience, preferably from a major consulting firm, investment bank or venture capital firm.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently or as part of a team under tight timelines.
