Job Overview
Assist investment directors throughout the investment process to support the LG Group’s growth strategy and portfolio management.
Responsibilities- Assist investment directors from sourcing deals to screening, due diligence, and writing memos for the investment committee.
- Synchronize investment strategy by regularly communicating with the Business Development team.
- Develop investment theses based on financial and strategic analysis.
- Actively network with top‑tier venture capitalists and corporate venture capital partners to source premium deals.
- Participate in due diligence activities.
- Work with external counsel on legal due diligence and documentation.
- Assist in the post‑investment management of portfolio companies.
- Project a positive image of the LG Group and foster synergistic relationships between the Group and the local venture ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical, Material Science, or Computer Science.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of substantive work experience, preferably from a major consulting firm, investment bank or venture capital firm.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently or as part of a team under tight timelines.
$115,000–$165,000
