Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Development will play a critical role in evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic initiatives, investments, investor communications and partnerships. This position combines rigorous financial analysis, cross-functional diligence, and senior-level communication to support high-impact corporate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated deal execution models, including sensitivity analyses and clearly articulated investment rationales to support project review and decision-making.
- Prepare senior decision-maker–level materials that clearly communicate project-level opportunities, risks, assumptions, and value drivers.
- Partner with company-wide cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, technology, strategy) to incorporate comprehensive diligence into project value-creation outcomes.
- Provide analytical and research support to the Chief Economist, including data preparation and aggregation, macroeconomic and industry analysis, and development of presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in financial modeling and accounting.
- Prior experience in equity research or investment banking or public accounting strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Finance/Economics
- Strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and ability to synthesize & communicate complex information for executive audiences.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
