Position: Full-time/Part-time Caregiver (Speak Mandarin).

Compensation: $24 – $28 per hour.

We provide professional caregivers for personal care, homemaking, and companionship services, supporting clients to remain in the homes they love. • Provide personal care and companionship to seniors or disabled clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities including grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure quality care.
• Document care provided and report any significant changes in the client’s condition.

• At least 6 months of prior caregiving experience (professional or agency‑based).
• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California.
• Proof of a recent negative TB test.
• Able to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Driver’s license and valid car insurance preferred.
• Punctual, dependable, and compassionate.

• Flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
• Clients may receive 4 hours to 24‑hour care shifts.
• Companionship and assistance with activities such as laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, bathing and feeding.
• Support for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.

• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of home care experience is a plus; caring for a loved one counts.
