Physical Therapist - LTC

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist
* to work in
* Sacramento, CA
. These are
* registry* positions with our company. To travel to Northern California for strike opportunity.

* Pay Rate: * $9,030.00/week

• 2 weeks starting onsite Friday 02/20…fully credentialed

• At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Must have up to date credentials in the state of California

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
