Product Manager

We are looking for someone to join our high-performance Genomics team. This person will work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. Your focus will be on the Target Enrichment portfolio, including Sure Select and Halo Plex technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Define market requirements for current and future products using market research and feedback from customers

- Conduct market and competitive analysis to define trends and develop product strategies

- Drive the development of messaging and positioning for key products and applications

- Create effective marketing collateral and sales tools, including presentations, datasheets, and sales trainings

- Collaborate with customers and KOLs to develop products, establish partnerships, and penetrate key application areas

- Work with cross-functional partners, including marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and sales to achieve business objectives

- Develop and improve key processes that support our mission of building a world-class marketing organization

- Create and give presentations at conferences, workshops, and customer sites

- BS in biology, molecular biology; related discipline or equivalent. Master’s degree or higher a plus.

- Experience with Next Generation Sequencing as well as constitutional and cancer applications

- 2+ years experience in the life science industry as a product manager working with worldwide customers

- Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, assess, and solve problems

- Excellent written and oral communications skills and comfortable presenting to high level audiences both internally and externally

- Strong team working capabilities across the organization, including R&D, Sales, and Manufacturing

- Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer focus

- Available for up to 25% business travel
