  • Lead tailored programs for different clinician segments (surgeons, nurses, fellows, and other healthcare professionals).
  • Ensure design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and curricula.
Team Management
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing professional education team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
Metrics and Compliance

  • Manage the annual budget for professional education programs, monitor expenditures, and adjust as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Adva Med Code of Ethics, FDA requirements, and global standards.
  • Regularly report program performance and insights to executive leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events as a thought leader in professional education.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Medical and Clinical Affairs, and new technology teams to align objectives.
  • Work with compliance and procurement to ensure external education programs meet Johnson & Johnson policies and that contracts meet expectations.
