For the past two decades, we have been and continue to provide high-quality care to our patients. We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Per Diem Licensed Speech Therapist (ST) for the Santa Clara County.

• Speech Therapists will provide services within the scope of speech therapy, in accordance with the plan of care individualized for the patient, and in coordination with the Interdisciplinary team.
• Follow the plan of care; provide treatment; evaluate patient's reaction to treatment and report any changes in his/her condition to the Physician, Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing.
• Maintain appropriate clinical records and/or notes and submit the records with organization policy.
• Be responsible for following all company policies and procedures.

$60.00 - $75.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Current ST License to practice in California - Required.
• Home Health: 1 year - Preferred.
• Current CA Driver's License.
• Coverage area:
  Santa Clara County.
