Location:
Santa Clarita, CA (Onsite). This role supports project controls activities to drive the scheduling strategy for complex large-scale programs. The position requires advanced expertise in project scheduling, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance.

- Develops and implements comprehensive scheduling frameworks for multiple programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Includes analysis of project schedules, prerequisites, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments per the Project Management Standards Manual (PMSM).
- Creates, maintains and analyzes cost profiles, approved cost budgets, and forecasted revenue budgets as required per the PMSM. Performs Earned Value (EV) and/or Pseudo EV cost and schedule analysis as required.
- Collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Supports project control activities (e.g., project setup) using project information from relevant documents (IDI/Proposal or Change Request).
- Performs in-depth analysis of project schedules, identifies critical paths and risks, and recommends mitigation strategies.
- Facilitates schedule reviews and updates; prepares and delivers high-level schedule presentations and reports.
- Experience in the Defense Industry.
- Expertise in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and advanced project management tools.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile).
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.

Salary Range: $92,800.00 - $ per year plus bonus. Salary information is a general guideline for California; actual offer will consider qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
