How you"ll spend your time here

  • Maintain and own program tracking artifacts: master project tracker, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery dates across regions.
  • Drive project cadence: prepare agendas, run working sessions as needed, capture decisions, and track action items to closure.

  • Monitor system health, performance, and uptime; identify trends and proactively drive remediation with vendors/internal partners.
  • Troubleshoot Avigilon including VMS/camera issues, recording/retention, alerts, user/access problems, and basic configuration changes.
  • Serve as first-level technical support: triage requests, document resolutions, escalate appropriately, and ensure timely closure with clear communications.
  • Support vendor performance and lifecycle needs (tickets, maintenance, renewals) and contribute to operational KPIs and continuous improvement of standards/processes.
We d love to talk to you if you have many of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., security systems integration, physical security, electrical engineering, criminal justice, or similar).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems and/or security technology programs (non-entry-level).

  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes/tools (e.g., Oracle or similar).
