Job Summary

Your Career We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and highly creative Director of Email Marketing Strategy and Execution to lead our lifecycle marketing engine. You will architect the entire customer journey being the expert in email marketing and co-planning alongside other digital activation channels.

You will own the strategy and execution of all email communications, sophisticated automation workflows, and multi-channel nurture programs designed to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Build and execute a comprehensive global email and automation roadmap that aligns with company revenue goals.
  • Automation & Journey Mapping:
    Design complex, behavior-triggered nurture sequences for various personas across the entire customer lifecycle (from lead magnet to loyalist).
  • Segmentation & Personalization:
    Oversee the health of our database. Implement advanced segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
  • Own email touch governance and assure optimization user experience
  • Performance Optimization:
    Lead a rigorous A/B testing culture (subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and landing pages) to constantly improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion.
  • Mar Tech Management: business requirements for seamless execution within email platforms such as Marketo.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including deliverability, engagement, op outs,, and revenue attribution. Translate data into actionable insights for the executive team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with Content, Design, and Product teams to create high-converting assets and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work with Field and sales to assure email campaigns cover the needs of the business and achieve the goals of the campaigns.
  • Build and manage a team to email strategist and execution teams for best in class email strategy across the buyers journey.
  • Assure email strategy is part of a multi- journey strategy with all activation channels.
  • Heavily participate in AI automation initiatives to reduce manual email execution, enable personalization and copy optimization.
Qualifications
  • Your Experience
    10+ years of experience managing a diverse team of specialists, including email developers, copywriters, and marketing operations managers.
  • Experience implementing workflow efficiencies (using tools like Asana, Jira, or ) to decrease production lead times and eliminate "last-minute fire drills."
  • Experience presenting channel performance and email strategy to leadership
  • Expert at mapping complex customer journeys that bridge the gap between initial lead capture, onboarding, retention, and win-back strategies.
  • Experience integrating email with SMS, Push Notifications, and Direct Mail to create a seamless, cohesive "surround-sound" messaging strategy.
