QA Engineer - Product Verification & Validation

We're seeking a QA Engineer who brings both technical expertise and genuine curiosity about how software solutions meet real market needs. In this role, you'll serve as the critical bridge between our services vendor and our end users, ensuring that every release meets our quality standards and delivers exceptional user experience. You'll play a key role in the product acceptance process, providing the final quality gate before deployment.

• Product acceptance :
  Own the acceptance testing process and make informed go/no-go recommendations based on quality criteria, risk assessment, and business impact
• Deep-dive into product requirements :
  Partner with product and business teams to thoroughly understand requirements, user needs, and market dynamics that drive our software solutions
• Comprehensive vendor testing :
  Test and evaluate software deliverables from our services vendor, ensuring alignment with specifications and quality standards
• Verification & Validation :
  Execute rigorous processes to confirm the product is built right and meets both functional and non-functional requirements
• User-centric quality focus :
  Champion the end-user perspective by thoroughly testing user experience flows and identifying edge cases that could impact real-world usage

• 3+ years QA/test engineering experience in financial services
• Hands‑on experience testing transaction systems, settlement platforms, or trading applications
• Understanding of financial workflows (e.g., KYC/AML, transaction reconciliation, settlement processes)

• Experience with regulated environments and compliance testing
• Experience with blockchain-based platforms
• Strong testing fundamentals and attention to detail
• Curiosity about understanding the "why" behind product decisions
• Ability to think critically about user scenarios and edge cases
