• 3+ of proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Fluent English
• Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, Dev Ops etc)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A results-driven and a team player attitude
• Bachelor s degree
• Technical background as a big plus

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Source candidates through various channels (Linked In, job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
• Conduct HR interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using an ATS
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
• Communicate effectively with candidates
• Stay updated on tech industry trends and hiring best practices
