OCM Lead

Job Title: OCM Lead – Service Now Transformation

Location: Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite) |
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

• Lead the OCM strategy and execution for the Internal Service Now transformation from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Conduct change impact assessments for both lift & shift and greenfield modernization efforts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, EX, and business teams.
• Align leadership on key messages, timelines, and critical decisions.
• Plan and deliver communications including emails, FAQs, leadership talking points, town halls, and demos.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with program and business SMEs to ensure effective learning materials are delivered.
• Establish and support change champions / super users within teams.
• Track organizational readiness, adoption metrics, and employee feedback.
• Identify risks and adjust OCM strategies to ensure smooth transition and sustained adoption.

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or large-scale business transformation.
• Strong experience supporting large, cross-functional technology implementations.
• Service Now transformation experience is required, ideally across ITSM, HRSD, or Employee Experience workflows.
• Experience in hybrid migration and/or greenfield implementations.
• Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to join an in-flight program, quickly assess needs, and independently drive high-quality OCM execution.
• Must be able to work onsite 100% in Santa Clara, CA.
