OverviewWhitehall Resources are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) expertise to our clients team in Santa Clara, CA. This is an onsite Contract-to-Hire opportunity focused on designing, implementing, and optimising SAP Financial solutions within an enterprise S/4
HANA environment.
This role will play a key part in architecting and supporting SAP Financial processes, integrating banking platforms, and delivering scalable financial systems aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and support SAP FI/CO solutions, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO
- Lead end-to-end SAP Financial implementations, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives
- Implement and support SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) for secure bank integration, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Lead and support Vertex tax solution integration to ensure tax compliance (sales, use, VAT)
- Support and optimise SAP Concur integration for travel, expense management, and reimbursement processes
- Develop dashboards and reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide functional leadership and guidance across SAP Financial modules
- Support system troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing production support
- Develop documentation, training materials, and best practice standards
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation
- Strong experience with SAP Multi‑Bank Connectivity (MBC)
- Proven experience with full lifecycle SAP Financial implementations
- Strong functional expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Controlling (CO)
- Experience integrating SAP FI/CO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR
- Strong experience with:
- Vertex Tax Solutions
- SAP Concur
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in S/4
HANA environments - Experience in banking integrations, treasury, or financial automation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field
- PMP or relevant SAP certifications are a plus
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
