the Job You're Considering

We are seeking a Contract Risk & Compliance AI Workflow Migration Specialist to lead the transformation of our existing risk and compliance processes into AI-first, automated workflows. This role will leverage Manus AI, agentic workflow builders, and other automation tools to replace manual tasks, drive efficiency, and ensure robust compliance with applicable regulations.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with high likelihood of continuation.

Location

This is an onsite role located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Your Role

Workflow Assessment & Migration

  • Analyze current risk and compliance workflows to identify automation opportunities
  • Design and implement AI-first workflows using agentic workflow builder platforms
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are met

Agentic Automation Development

  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents and bots to automate manual compliance and risk management tasks
  • Integrate new agentic workflows with existing systems and data sources
  • Test, optimize, and document automated solutions for reliability and compliance

Change Management & Enablement

  • Support teams in transitioning from manual to AI-driven workflows, including training and troubleshooting
  • Develop best practices and guidelines for sustainable automation in risk and compliance
  • Monitor migration progress, measure impact, and identify areas for further improvement
Your Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated industry experience with Manus AI
  • Experience with agentic workflow builders
  • Proven track record in automating risk and compliance processes
  • Strong understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks and compliance, data governance and process automation
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and automation frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience in large-scale workflow migration projects within risk or compliance domains
  • Experience with Python-ased software development
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable driving change in dynamic environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $203,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
