Overview
Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – UX
Seeking a Technical Support Engineer to manage and resolve complex frontend issues on the Service Now platform. This role serves as the final escalation point within Technical Support, combining strong troubleshooting skills with customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Manage case queues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on escalations.
- Deliver product training and identify documentation gaps.
- Support high-value customers and improve overall product experience.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and web application stack.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts (preferred).
