Our platform, Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, is licensed to telecommunications services providers and supports millions of customers globally. We also designed and built the leading eSIM travel product — Nomad. Nomad provides global travelers with high-speed, affordable data connectivity in over 190 countries and is available as an iOS or Android app or via getnomad.app.

Today, Lotus Flare focuses on designing, building, and continuously evolving a digital commerce and monetization platform that delivers valuable outcomes for enterprises.

• As a Product Designer, embed yourself in a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive shared vision and execution of important B2B2C product experiences across connectivity and developer enablement spaces.
• Manage the end-to-end Product Design process: define compelling problems, conduct secondary and primary research, prototype at different fidelities, and deliver high-fidelity designs to the development team.
• Advocate for User Experience with in the company and amplify a Human-Centered Design mindset across the organization.

• Have 5+ years of experience in full-stack product design with strong UX/UI craft.
• Advise and help guide user research (evaluative and generative) studies and observe and analyze end-user behavior.
• Execute core product design skills: visual design, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Build clear presentations to influence wide audiences including executives through storytelling.
• Be an organized, systems thinker able to adapt to different projects, teams, and systems.
• Be a team player capable of communicating and collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Have cross-platform design experience (Mobile Web, Desktop Web, Android, iOS, emails).
