Technical Program Manager

Description
We're looking for a hardware-centric capacity TPM to manage a single source of truth for DC capacity, drive forecasting, and deliver rack-level allocations and insights.
Responsibilities
Own capacity operating model and unified datasets for space, power, cooling.
Integrate demand forecasting with DC delivery timelines.
Develop scenario modeling and what-if analyses.
Manage rack-level allocation mapping and reconciliation.
Produce dashboards and insights on capacity constraints and opportunities.
Define requirements for automation and tooling.
Partner across build-out TPMs, engineering, supply chain, and operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have datacenter capacity planning experience. The ideal candidate is someone who grew their career in the DC environment as a tech and eventually moved into TPM. Not a must have, but is ideal.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
