Job Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have 7+ years of experience in technical writing and demonstrate the following essential qualifications:
" Exceptional writing skills and an in-depth understanding of technical writing principles.
" Solid understanding of Generative AI principles and their practical application in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical considerations for content creation.
" Strong technical aptitude to comprehend and simplify complex networking technologies, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new advancements.

Job Responsibilities:
" Use in-house AI tools to make complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks easily comprehensible and appealing to diverse audiences from end users to network administrators to developers.
" Drive a unified content strategy. Establish standardized release processes, content development best practices, and delivery and feedback mechanisms in the team.
" Serve as the voice of the user, using AI-driven content analytics to provide valuable feedback to engineering, product management, and technical marketing teams.
" Identify the significantly complex information needs of target audiences, develop appropriate content plans, and manage the execution of those plans.
" Perform resource workload assessment and balancing across projects.
" Create high-quality technical content for complex product and solution deployment needs.
" Take on special projects/stretch assignments outside the scope of regular tasks.
" Contribute actively to integrating the latest Gen AI use cases in existing and new content workflows.
" Demonstrate proven ability in team building and the mentoring of junior writers.
