About the role:Success in this role means scaling our voice through world-class content and high-stakes global events. This is a corporate marketing role anchored in product launches—owning the content and global events that bring our roadmap to market. You will be translating deep-stack innovation into a definitive industry narrative. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader who combines creative vision, operational excellence, and strategic thinking.
Whatyou’ll do
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile flagship product launch marketing campaigns. You are the architect of the GTM messaging motion, ensuring that every launch—from silicon to software—dominates the market conversation and drives immediate pipeline.
- Orchestrate end-to-end production of technical and executive content specifically tied to our product roadmap. You will translate complex engineering breakthroughs into high-fidelity white papers, technical briefs, and keynote-ready decks that position Upscale as the undisputed leader in AI networking.
- Own the presence and strategy for premier global trade shows (e.g., NVIDIA GTC, OCP, AI4). You don’t just manage booths; you curate high-stakes experiences that showcase our innovation to the world’s largest AI infrastructure buyers.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure that technical priorities, messaging, and event readiness are perfectly synchronized with our global roadmap.
- Turn brand visibility into measurable pipeline by running targeted campaigns and event motions for priority accounts—driving meeting conversion, clean lead capture, and disciplined follow-up tracking.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically spanning technical content architecture, integrated campaigns, and global events within the Data Center infrastructure space.
- The ability to navigate complex AI networking concepts and translate them into authoritative, crisp messaging.
- Expertise in managing multi-million dollar event budgets and complex project timelines with a 0→1 builder’s mindset.
- Deep understanding of the current AI compute landscape, including data center networking and open-standard hardware stacks.
- Ability to work from our Santa Clara, CA office.
