Job Description:
Exp.: 6-8yrs.
Must to have:
1. Support the operation and maintenance of customer global cloud network infrastructure, including backbone routing, top-of-rack (TOR) switching with Juniper and Cisco, VPN services, and application delivery controllers (ADCs).
2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including urgent operational events.
3. Participate in the 247 on-call rotation as part of the Network Operations Engineering team.
4. Use automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Git Lab) to help manage declarative infrastructure at scale.
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patching, and version control.
6. Monitor network metrics (e.g., capacity, latency, availability) and escalate concerns proactively.
Good to have:
1. Assist with network operations across private and hybrid multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
2. Collaborate with SRE and other teams to improve reliability and operational processes.
