Technical Support Engineer - UX

IDR is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - UX to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Clara, California. This organization specializes in technology and platform services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer support for their enterprise solutions.

• Manage and resolve complex issues related to the Service Now platform, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to support and improve platform functionality
• Serve as the last point of escalation within technical support, driving issues to resolution
• Provide proactive guidance and tactical engagement on critical platform issues
• Maintain technical expertise in assigned product areas and deliver training as needed

• 2+ years of professional work experience in a technical support or related role
• Strong understanding of frontend vs. backend development concepts
