Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT business application development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Apply Agile principles, particularly Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals and communication strategies are aligned.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, developing and executing mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and deliverables to achieve predictable and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional team collaboration, empowering teams to continuously improve Agile processes and fostering a transparent, collaborative working environment.
  • Proactively address stakeholder concerns, maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and effectively communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management activities and ensure successful user adoption of delivered solutions.
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager specializing in IT business applications or enterprise IT projects.
  • Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, with a focus on project flexibility and delivery speed.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and working with finance business units.
  • Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and proactive management of project risks and issues.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and negotiation skills, particularly in managing complex project requirements and expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams.
  • Ability to build and nurture a collaborative and transparent working environment while driving accountability within teams.
