IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Technical Support, Data Science Manager
Manage a team of Product Solutions Experts responsible for delivering implementations and ongoing technical support for enterprise clients. Oversee project delivery across accounts to ensure technical excellence, timely execution, and customer satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance to team members on complex solutioning, integrations, and customer engagement. Serve as an escalation point for key customer challenges and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive resolution. Partner with Customer Advisors, PMs, and Engineering to align on customer goals, roadmap, and delivery plans.
Review and improve solution design, architecture, and integration approaches across ATS, HRIS, and third‑party systems. Build best practices, reusable assets, and standardized processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality. Mentor and upskill team members in technical areas (e.g., APIs, SQL, Python), customer management, and consulting skills. Contribute to the evolution of AI interview and functional round delivery frameworks. Track team performance metrics, capacity planning, and support hiring and onboarding efforts.
Represent the PSE function in leadership forums, sharing insights from the field and shaping product and process improvements.
Hands‑on experience in managing a team of 5‑10 people. 10+ years of experience in product implementation, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with at least 2‑3 years in a leadership or team‑management role. Strong technical background in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, and Python. Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a customer‑facing role. Ability to coach and mentor team members on technical, functional, and client‑facing skills.
Exceptional project oversight, stakeholder management, and escalation handling abilities. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, drive outcomes, and lead change in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Excellent communication skills, including executive presence, negotiation, and structured problem‑solving. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Big 4 consulting or enterprise transformation experience is a strong plus.
