* As a Senior Customer Trust Engineer, you will join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team to enhance our vital mission of safeguarding the digital world. You will help craft an innovative customer trust initiative, setting new industry standards and becoming an expert in the Information Security Supply Chain.
Your role will be pivotal in elevating the Palo Alto Networks brand as the global cybersecurity leader. If you have the drive, creativity, and dedication to security, this is your opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity with us.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its security architecture principles.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on our security policies to complete customer assessments for Sales, Legal, and Product teams.
+ Provide quality responses on security controls for customer questionnaires, meeting SLAs to demonstrate our commitment to security.
+ Facilitate and manage the Palo Alto Networks customer audit program.
+ Maintain and improve internal and external FAQs regarding our security posture to standardize customer responses.
+ Develop and maintain a central self-service portal to improve efficiency for Sales and Customer Trust processes.
+ Identify and implement improvements for Customer Trust and GRC initiatives, contributing to broader Info Sec programs.

** Qualifications*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing information security controls and technologies.
+ Proficiency in a wide spectrum of technical security controls encompassing logical access control, encryption, data loss prevention, secure coding practices, security architecture, vulnerability management, and network security technologies.
+ Ability to configure 3rd party customer audit management tools (such as One Trust Compliance Automation) for automated evidence collection to support customer audits.
+ Excellent understanding and practical application of industry security frameworks including SANS Critical Security Controls, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, PCI DSS, and SOC
2.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of security certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and PCI DSS, with the ability to extract valuable insights from audit reports.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of privacy principles according to regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CCRA, and CPRA.
+ Advanced communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Meticulous attention to detail, adept project management capabilities, and strong organizational proficiency to manage complex audit engagements effectively.
+ Proven track record of collaborating with diverse and geographically dispersed teams, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills.
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or a combination of relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.) and practical experience.
** Preferred Qualifications*
