Azure Dev Ops Architect

Role Summary

Azure Dev Ops Architect supporting enterprise development and delivery, with a comprehensive Dev Sec Ops  focus.

Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000 per year, with annual bonus, 401(k), relocation assistance, 15% discount stock purchase program, and no sales tax for Delaware employees.

• Integrate and automate tools across the software development lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD, artifact management, containerization, infrastructure‑as‑code, monitoring, and security.
• Embed shift‑left security practices, integrating SAST, SCA, IaC scanning, container scanning, code quality checks into developer workflows and pipelines.
• Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines, including release strategies, branching models, and artifact management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Dev Sec Ops  toolchain architecture and integration, supporting cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Work with Git‑based platforms such as Git Hub and Bitbucket, managing repositories, workflows, and integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Dev Sec Ops , source control management, and end‑to‑end software delivery pipelines within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, branching models, and artifact management.
• Proven experience with Dev Sec Ops  toolchain integration across cloud and on‑prem environments.
