What you’ll be doing:
- Create impactful and relevant content such as demos, blogs, presentations, videos, and other materials and engage with developers, researchers, and students at events online or in person.
- Work with the product marketing team to launch emerging technology, write code, and share it with the community to inspire developers.
- Be active on public‑facing NVIDIA channels, including forums, Discord, and social media, helping developers understand our demos and encouraging them to build their own applications.
- Travel to trade shows and conferences as needed (approximately 20% of the time).
- World‑class communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of articulating the value proposition of emerging technology, including experience presenting to technical audiences and writing developer‑facing content. Samples of prior work must be provided.
- Ability to design and implement distributed learning and post‑training pipelines for LLMs/VLMs to improve model reasoning, safety, and instruction‑following capabilities.
- Familiarity with scaling laws and experience optimizing training efficiency.
- Strong programming skills and the ability to develop easy‑to‑understand examples for training pipelines using AI frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, Deep Speed, and NeMo.
- Capacity to prioritize and work through constantly evolving projects that demonstrate the benefits of new, potentially unstable technology.
- A bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and at least three years of engineering experience.
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree from a leading university in software engineering or computer science.
- In‑depth knowledge of software architecture, system design, and application development.
- Hands‑on experience with popular training libraries such as Max Diffusion, OpenMMLab, Hugging Face Accelerate, and Megatron.
Base salary is determined based on location, experience, and internal benchmarks. The base salary range is 152,000
USD – 241,500
USD for Level3 and 184,000
USD – 287,500
USD for Level
4. Candidates are also eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
