VIT Technical Program Manager

Job Description

• Manage and track vehicle integration issues across technicians, engineers, and teams
• Triage in-vehicle issues (sensors, ECUs, communication systems, software, etc.)
• Drive issue resolution, escalation, and status updates
• Keep trackers, reports, and timelines organized and up to date
• Identify recurring issues and help improve processes
• Coordinate testing, vehicle readiness, and integration schedules

• Experience in program management or operations in automotive, AV, robotics, or similar
• Understanding of vehicle systems (ECUs, CAN, Ethernet, sensors like cameras/LiDAR/radar)
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage technical issues across teams
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience tracking issues, risks, and timelines
• Open to evening/weekend support if needed
