Yoh offers an immediate 12-month contract opportunity as a Learning Operations Specialist - SABA & LMS within the semiconductor industry to join our client, OnSite, in Santa Clara, CA.

$45-50/hr, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM PDT.

Resume must explicitly indicate experience designing and delivering technical training for large-scale system implementations; strong Instructional Design expertise required.

Responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end delivery of both digital and instructor‑led learning programs, managing courses and certifications within the LMS (AppliedX/AGU), coordinating training events and webinars, and ensuring a seamless learner experience. The person will handle day‑to‑day platform administration, reporting, and learner support, while overseeing logistics for in‑person sessions such as scheduling, registration, and on‑site execution, working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure high‑quality, efficient training delivery.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the delivery of digital learning programs through AppliedX and AGU platforms.
  • Build and maintain courses, learning paths, and certifications within the LMS.
  • Create course scripts and video transcripts to support content delivery and accessibility.
  • Administer day‑to‑day LMS activities including enrollments, permissions, and content QA (SCORM/xAPI).
  • Run and distribute completion, compliance, and engagement reports.
  • Provide learner support and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating when needed.
  • Validate external training certifications and manage pathway credit tracking.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for in‑person training events (room setup, catering, A/V, materials).
  • Partner with global stakeholders and instructors to deliver seamless training experiences.
  • Schedule and support webinars and virtual training sessions.
  • Manage registrations, calendar invites, reminders, and attendance tracking.
  • Provide day‑of event support and resolve issues in real time.
  • Collect and summarize post‑training feedback to support continuous improvement.
Who You Are
  • 3–6 years of experience in L&D operations, training coordination, events, or comparable role.
  • Hands‑on experience administering an enterprise LMS; experience with Saba strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and maintaining digital courses, learning paths, and certifications.
  • Proven event/ILT logistics experience (booking, catering, scheduling, vendor coordination).
  • Vendor management experience, including SOWs and purchase orders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to juggle multiple courses, events, and requests.
  • Clear communicator who can manage internal stakeholders and external vendors professionally, including across global time zones.
  • Comfortable with reporting and data work (spreadsheets, LMS reports).
  • A customer‑service mindset and consistently professional communication.

  • Familiarity with AppliedX, AGU, or comparable enterprise learning ecosystems.
  • Experience creating video transcripts/captions.
  • Portfolio showcasing your work specifically with Articulate 360.
