** What You'll Do
** Be part of an internal consulting team with high visibility to
** Applied Global Services (AGS)
** executive leadership. Lead
** strategic transformation projects
** for AGS that improve productivity, drive
** operational excellence**, streamline business processes, influence business strategy, accelerate growth, deliver cost reduction, and embed continuous improvement across the organization. Own the
** complete project lifecycle** — from as-is analysis, opportunity identification and quantification, and development of improvement streams and solutions, through stakeholder buy-in and implementation.

** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in
** Industrial Engineering
** or equivalent.
** MBA
* * or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience preferred
* ** 7–10 years
** of relevant work experience, preferably in the
** semiconductor industry or consulting
*** Strong analytical skills — able to extract real insight from multiple data sources;
** expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI**;
** Python and Applied Smart Factory APF
** a plus
* Proven experience working across
** cross-functional business teams**, including
** Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance**; prior
** management consulting or internal consulting
** experience preferred
* Able to work effectively in a
** matrix environment
