IT Project Manager
Senior Technical Project Manager – NVIDIA Operations
NVIDIA seeks a technology professional to lead technical, process, and application initiatives within the Supply Chain Business Transformation organization. This role supports the Quality and Service teams and drives multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Responsibilities- Organize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and stand‑up/retrospective discussions.
- Lead efforts to improve processes for the business.
- Support engineering teams in estimating and prioritizing tasks to maintain realistic schedules.
- Identify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business owners.
- Develop requirements and business use cases.
- Set expectations with partners and team members, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on scope.
- Design, develop, build, and implement solutions.
- Interact and collaborate with multi‑functional teams and different organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of proven experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with engineers and other stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in tailoring messages for different management levels.
- Adaptable to new challenges and able to deliver software on time and at high quality.
- Knowledge of operational processes in semi‑chips, boards, systems, and servers with a focus on data and process landscapes.
- Supply Chain experience required; experience leading IT infrastructure (data centers, storage, network) and Data Analytics projects.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast‑paced, frequently shifting environment.
- Strong communication skills, including effective writing and speaking/presentations.
- Ability to bridge high‑level objectives to project details and vice‑versa.
- Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to unblock projects and thrive within an agile & scrum methodology.
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast‑paced environments with different frameworks and requirements.
- Project Management Professional certification a plus.
- Experience in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Networks, and Quality Cloud environments, data, data science, or related technical background.
- Demonstrated attention to process improvement opportunities.
- Previous experience developing systems at cloud scale.
Base salary range: $200,000 – $322,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and comparable positions.
