We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to join our team in the USA.

This customer-facing role requires working in a large team environment including: leadership for directing and coordinating sales and field AE resources, coordination/facilitation of customer interaction between protean

Tecs Product Marketing/Engineering, understanding of the core technology requirements in the digital implementation and/or IP space, coordination of sales strategies and efforts across worldwide customer operations.

  • Leading pre/post-sales campaigns, managing and growing solution adoption in the territory for protean

    Tecs IP and solution platform.
  • The ability to foster and grow customer relationships throughout all levels of the customer organization to better connect our solutions with the customer's problems/business challenges and insure roadmap alignment for long term success.
  • Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques such as Miller Heiman, or Target Account Selling a plus.
  • Must have a deep technical knowledge and understanding of digital implementation flows (synthesis, place & route, and signoff) and/or experience with IP's or software platforms. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing eco-systems. Understanding of DFT chip bringup and manufacturing flows is plus.
  • The ability to effectively translate customer needs to viable solutions internally to protean

    Tecs technical teams.

Base salary of $160,000 per year + Bonuses.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of strategic sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multinational or startup environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-level sale cycles, with an ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of business dynamics and strategies, including tactics for successfully closing high-stakes deals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of electronic systems and HW design
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for building, developing, and driving a sales pipeline for our processor IP technology and software solutions in key accounts across the Silicon Valley.
  • Responsibilities include developing and managing a sales pipeline while driving market penetration, adoption, and revenue
  • You will work closely with multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Business Unit Marketing, Legal, Finance, protean

    Tecs executives and collaborate with protean

    Tecs sales team to achieve sales targets in the region
  • Generate, develop, qualify, and drive new business opportunities in the region, including:
  • Opportunity management
  • Manage contract negotiations (business and legal) with customers and protean

    Tecs functional teams
  • Articulate key value propositions for the adoption of the unique protean

    Tecs solution with key semiconductor companies, across the organization (executive management, marketing, architects, hardware, and software engineers)
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for proliferation of the technology in the region
  • Provide market and account feedback to the RnD and Marketing BU to drive product roadmaps and strategies
  • Track activities and provide reports to management, BU and executive personnel on account strategies activities and progress
  • Develop and execute against strategic sales plans
  • Maintain regular contact with multiple internal BU's team to drive enterprise-wide strategic activities
