Product Analyst
Drive product specifications, user stories, and backlog management with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
Ensure solutions align with IT architecture, engineering, and product requirements.
Bridge business, engineering, QA, and R&D to ensure seamless product development.
Review test plans, ensure complete coverage, and support QA with timely resolution of issues.
Validate product builds against requirements and act as a domain expert internally.
Analyze case trends and escalations to guide backlog prioritization and improvements.
Bring 8+ years of product or solution analysis experience, preferably in SaaS/subscription businesses.
Require strong technical understanding of microservices, cloud, SQL, and system integration.
Must be Bay Area-based and experienced in Agile practices with excellent communication skills.
