Salesforce Functional Manual Testing Specialist
Six plus years of experience in functional manual testing. Three plus years of testing experience in SFDC Sales CPQ testing - quote to cash knowledge is mandatory. Experience of testing life cycle, testing artifacts, sandboxes, test data creation, etc. Deep understanding of sales cloud and service cloud. Good understanding of SFDC Sales Cloud account to lead to quote to order business process and underlying SFDC objects.
Good understanding of SFDC Service Cloud account to case service workflow and underlying SFDC objects. Experience in system testing, integration testing, regression, and acceptance testing. Hands on experience of JIRA for defect tracking, reporting, and project stakeholder communication.
