Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Service Now development Proficiency in Service Now's Automation Engine capabilities like Integration Hub, Flow Designer, RPA Hub, Process Mining, Automation Center, and Document Intelligence. Strong understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and best practices. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON) and web services (RESTSOAP APIs).
Familiarity with database management and SQL. Proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects from inception to deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Service Now Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
