Senior Service Now Developer
Location:
Santa Clara, CA
- 9+ years of experience in Service Now applications development and implementation of Service Now IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or Sec Ops.
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
- Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between Service Now and other customer business systems.
- Create/Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
- Has experience in deploying and validating Service Now patches/updates and new versions of the platform
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities.
