Technical PM

Drive stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and executive updates.

Execution Excellence

Build and maintain program roadmaps, dashboards, and documentation.
Implement processes for continuous improvement, including retrospectives and workflow optimization.
Ensure programs meet quality, performance, and security standards.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a hybrid technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), back-end technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python), and databases (SQL/No

SQL).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern Dev Ops practices.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs from concept to launch.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.

Kev Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs spanning multiple teams and stakeholders
Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource needs.
Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, QA, and business partners.
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.

Technical Ownership

Leverage full-stack engineering knowledge to guide architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure scalable design decisions
Partner with engineering teams to break down complex requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Review technical proposals, API designs, and system integration plans
Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence across the stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and business teams, translating technical concepts into clear business impacts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in distributed systems, microservices, or APl-driven architectures.
Background in Agile/Scrum program management.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools.
Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
