Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess the business requirement (RIT) and work with BPA/End users to review/streamline the requirement to deliver business value.
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical teams to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • Define and write/review the Functional process document (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD.
  • Present the FS to Technical architect for them to complete the design.
  • Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, PM & customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Review and approve the technical design working with Business.
  • Should be able to manage Functional process for multiple projects with a team of functional analysts.
  • Review the UAT test case and work with business and execution team closely to complete the UAT.
  • To Support Global business per their time zones.
  • Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope.
  • Control change management working with Portfolio manager and execution lead.
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
  • To ensure compliance with project management process implementation standards.
  • Keep track of project performance and provide support for project team.
  • Stay engaged with the team and maintain awareness of the project artifacts deliverables timeline.
  • Facilitation and management of resolutions of risks and issues.
  • Provide direction and coaching on project specific tasks. Gradually gain functional expertise to support dev teams with questions.

  • Fast learner to adapt to new applications, softwares, technology and business processes
  • Experience planning and reporting on projects with project management tools. Experience with risk management
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to support meetings with US or global customer and team on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek practical solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and multi-functional teams
  • A “can do” attitude with a team member mindset not supplier mind set

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
