Experience:
12 - 15 years of experience
- Experience:
12+ years in IT with 6+ years specifically focused on Service Now architecture, solution design, and implementation. - Core Function:
Lead end-to-end architecture, pre-sales solutioning, platform governance, and digital transformation initiatives. - Work Models:
Onsite, hybrid, or remote capabilities.
- Platform Strategy & Governance:
Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability. - Solution Architecture & Design:
Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine). - Integration & AI Leadership:
Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and leverage Service Now AI features for process automation and decision-making. - Stakeholder Management:
Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives. - Team Mentorship:
Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.
- HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
- Framework Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping. - Enterprise
Experience:
Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades. - Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 a year
