Overview: We are looking for a super short term (3 months to start with) – Software Dev PM. Please submit only candidates who meet the following requirements. Candidates missing any of these qualifications should not be submitted.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Software Product Development Project Management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
• Experience leading end-to-end software product delivery and production support.
• Strong experience working directly with software engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid chart, and Microsoft Project or
• Experience with ticketing/incident management tools (Service Now, Jira Service Management, or similar).
• Ability to take ownership immediately with minimal ramp-up.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

• Startup or high-growth product company experience.
• Manufacturing, ERP, or MES software experience.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
• Experience leading application modernization initiatives.

• 3-month sabbatical coverage assignment.
• Weekly project status reporting and metrics will be presented to the CIO/CISO.
• Candidate will lead both legacy product development projects and modernization initiatives.
