Chief Technology Officer (Data & AI Strategy)
Direct and manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, to build scalable data pipelines and architectures by applying advanced statistical methods and leveraging advanced analytics and visualization platforms to drive corporate decision making; and to validate and optimize data driven initiatives that powers customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Oversee design and implementation of large-scale, cloud-based data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support real-time analytics. Develop and execute governance frameworks to ensure compliance, data privacy, security, ethical use of AI and machine learning and define enterprise-level data engineering AI strategies, solutions, ensuring automation and scalability.
Oversee strategic KPIs at the enterprise level to ensure business units are aligned with long-term growth objectives and integration of structured and unstructured data for advanced analytics. Collaborate with C-suite executives to lead high-level initiatives and shape data-driven corporate strategies that drive customer growth and retention while identifying opportunities where data and AI can shape corporate vision, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.
Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of advanced ML/AI models (predictive and prescriptive analytics) using Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to enhance decision-making, solve ISP-specific challenges and maintain a competitive market advantage. Establish policy and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks covering data quality, integrity, security, and compliance; delegating execution to technical teams.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring leadership teams and ensuring adoption of best practices in data science, AI, and cloud engineering. Represent the organization externally, shaping industry standards and influencing regulatory and policy discussions related to data and technology. Manage budgets, maintain vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize organizational impact. Develop and optimize production-grade Python scripts to automate data collection, transformation, and machine learning pipelines and workflow, ensuring ETL scalability, maintainability and streamlining of data.
Maintain, update, and validate databases to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness. Provide technical support and resolve data-related inquiries from executive stakeholders.
Educational requirements:
Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2 years of industry experience in the ISP sector, applying advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions to business critical challenges. Technical proficiency in:
Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Python (Pandas, Num Py, Sci Py). Certification in Deep Learning or Machine Learning. 100% Remote. This is not a telecommuting job. Wage Range: $276K-$286K
