Senior Lead - SAP Logistics EWM (Santa Clara or Hybrid / Remote)

Rate: $90-100/hr on W2 (Little Flexible)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead SAP Logistics EWM to drive enterprise-scale S/4

HANA digital transformation initiatives in a global Hi-Tech Semiconductor / manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end Logistics solution design, process transformation, and deployment across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integrated with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and global supply chain operations.

• SAP EWM: Expert
  - Warehouse Structure & Process Configuration, RF Framework & Mobile Warehouse Execution, Production Integration, Wave, Task, Queue & Resource Management, Slotting Optimization & Rearrangement Strategies, Handling Unit (HU), Warehouse Automation & Integration (MFS/WCS, CIF/Core Interface, PPF, Warehouse Monitor)
• S4 HANA Transformation: Expert - logistics architecture, Fiori applications and embedded analytics, Integration including APIs, IDocs, RFCs, CPI/BTP integration
• Industry & Business Process: Advanced
  - Subcontracting and remote factory models, Global trade and transportation operations, Complex STO and intercompany logistics
• Technical Exposure: SAP BTP integration concepts, SAP GTS integration, SAP MII/MES integration, Warehouse automation technologies, APIs, EDI, IDocs, XML integration, Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled logistics optimization is an advantage

• 12+ years total IT experience with strong SAP Logistics domain expertise
• 8+ years hands‑on SAP EWM experience
• 6+ years full‑cycle S/4
  
  HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield)
• 5+ years discrete manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with SAP EWM global rollout and multi‑plant deployment environments and large cross‑functional teams and SI partners
• SAP certifications preferred: SAP Certified - EWM and SCM
