Responsible for driving business development and sales of Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and GBU) implementation and support services across the assigned geography. The role focuses on pipeline generation, strategic relationship building, and closing Oracle ERP transformation opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drive business development for Oracle ERP Cloud, Analytics, and related Oracle Cloud services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, Oracle events (Cloud World, OAUG), and partner ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with Oracle sales teams, account directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitor landscape, and niche/boutique Oracle implementation players.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution positioning, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with delivery and presales teams for Oracle Cloud transformation engagements.
  • Participate in joint go-to-market initiatives with Oracle.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales cycle to delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and GBU product offerings.
  • Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation services sales/pre-sales/delivery.
  • Proven track record in at least three large Oracle Cloud transformation engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP market, competitors, and geography-specific landscape.
  • Familiarity with Oracle sales structure and key stakeholder ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience generating leads via industry events and networking platforms.
  • Strong business development, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience in project management and change management (preferred).
  • Experience working on joint GTM initiatives with Oracle (advantageous).
