ResponsibilitiesLead the solution design, development, testing, and deployment of Service Now modules with compliance to system processes. Provide functional expertise and act as product advocate to implement ITIL processes within the Service Now platform. Own and manage small to mid‑size projects from planning through handover to support teams, including estimating, planning, and milestone tracking. Review designs, code, and test plans of team members and apply expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Define architectural strategy and patterns, collaborate with process owners on detailed requirements, and ensure high‑quality product delivery. Contribute to design and implementation of new features, enhance existing suite, and implement ITSM, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Executive Dashboards. Resolve technical issues, guide team members, collaborate with stakeholders on business data needs, and promote knowledge sharing.
Mentor and coach team members, deliver projects on schedule and budget, and proactively manage risks and issues to meet technical and functional requirements.
