Business Solution Analyst
Location:
Santa Clara CA (Onsite)

Core Responsibilities- The main goal is to improve legal operations and processes through technology.
- Liaison & Translation:
Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department and the IT department or technology vendors. - Requirements Gathering:
Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems. - Process Improvement:
Experience with CLM and exposure to Salesforce will be a big plus. - Project Management:
Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
