IT Project Manager

Job Title:

IT Project Manager Large Deals & Multi-Team Coordination

Location: Santa Clara, CA (5 Days onsite and must go for Face-to-Face interview)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance.

• Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
• Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participants

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
