Key Responsibilities Jira Ticket Ownership & Delivery- Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through , testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
- Identify enhancement opportunities from recurring support requests
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
- Conduct demos, support UAT, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert for day‑to‑day needs
- Perform complex configuration:
Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes - Manage data operations (data loads, cleansing, deduplication)
- Maintain system security, user access, and metadata hygiene
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution design
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and standards
- 8–10 years of Salesforce experience across administration
- Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
- Experience working in Agile environments with Jira
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
